LEASE COMMITMENT	NOTE 11 – LEASE COMMITMENT The Company occupies office and laboratory space in Orlando, Florida under a lease agreement expiring July 31, 2017. Effective August 1, 2017, the agreement was amended to provide for additional space and to extend the lease term to July 31, 2018. The amended agreement provides that the Company pay insurance, maintenance and taxes with a monthly lease expense of $457.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
