Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Dividend declared On April 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Valvoline declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.113 per share of Valvoline common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2020 to shareholders of record on May 29, 2020. China plant credit facility On May 6, 2020, the Company entered into a five-year credit agreement for approximately $40 million to finance the completion of construction of the blending and packaging plant in China. Borrowings will bear interest at the local prime rate less the applicable interest rate margin and will be secured by the assets underlying the project.
