INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESThe effective tax rate for the three months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 was approximately 30% and 36%, respectively. The effective tax rate for the six months ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 was approximately 25% and 33%, respectively. The effective tax rate decrease year over year is due to the change in earnings mix of our worldwide income and discrete items, primarily unrecognized tax benefits.
