On January 5, 2022, the Company posted to its website updated Q3 2021 Investor slide presentations used in connection with its third quarter earnings call to reflect certain additional adjustments to further align the reporting methodologies of Diamond Resorts with HGV. The updated slide presentations are available on the Company’s website at investors.hgv.com. These adjustments had no impact on the consolidated net income or EBITDA previously presented for Diamond. The Company may refer to and use the updated slide presentations in connection with future discussions with its investors from time to time.
