SUBSEQUENT EVENT	(13) SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 17, 2025, the Company announced the execution of a definitive agreement related to the acquisition of the Great Lakes Data Rack and Cabinets family of companies (the "Acquisition"). The closing of the Acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions. The Acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025.
