Subsequent Events	Subsequent Event In November 2024, we entered into an agreement to sell our noosa yoghurt business for $200 million, subject to certain customary purchase price adjustments. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain customary conditions, including regulatory approval. In connection with the sale, we will provide certain transition services to support the business. The noosa yoghurt business was purchased as part of the Sovos Brands acquisition. Net sales of the business were $68 million in 2024. Earnings were not material in 2024. The results of the business are reflected within the Meals & Beverages segment.
