Amortization of intangible assets was $21 million for both the six-month periods ended January 30, 2022 and January 31, 2021. As of January 30, 2022, amortizable intangible assets had a weighted-average remaining useful life of 17 years. Amortization expense for the next 5 years is estimated to be approximately $41 million per year.
