Noncontrolling Interest	Noncontrolling Interests We own a 60% controlling interest in a joint venture formed with Swire Pacific Limited in China. We also owned a 99.8% interest in Acre, a limited partnership formed to make venture capital investments in innovative new companies in food and food-related industries. This business was sold in May 2020. See Note 16 for additional information. On March 26, 2018, we acquired Snyder's-Lance, including an 80% interest in one of its subsidiaries. In April 2018, we purchased the remaining 20% interest for $47. The noncontrolling interests' share in the net earnings (loss) was included in Net earnings (loss) attributable to noncontrolling interests in the Consolidated Statements of Earnings. The noncontrolling interests in these entities were included in Total equity in the Consolidated Balance Sheets and Consolidated Statements of Equity.
