Petition for Bankruptcy

On October 18, 2017, VidAngel, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah (the “Court”), case number 17-29073 (the “Case”).

Furthermore, on August 23, 2019, the Company entered into a stipulated agreement with certain creditors, directing the United States Trustee to appoint a chapter 11 trustee in the Case. On August 28, 2019, the court entered an order approving the appointment of George B. Hofmann as the chapter 11 trustee.

The Company will provide additional information as it becomes available in accordance with its reporting obligations under Tier 2 of Regulation A.
