Medical costs payable attributable to prior years increased by $2.6 million and decreased by $4.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Medical costs payable estimates are adjusted as additional information regarding claims becomes known; there were no significant changes to estimation methodologies during the periods. Medical costs payable as of March 31, 2025 are primarily related to the current year.
