Item 9. Legal Proceedings

 

Music Licensing, Inc. (“the Company”) has been actively issuing Cease and Desist Notices for several weeks in response to a False Narrative Campaign. Despite these ongoing efforts, the objectionable conduct persists and appears to be escalating. As a result, the Company has instructed its legal counsel to initiate legal proceedings against multiple individuals and entities.

 

The causes of action include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Defamation

 

Cyberstalking

 

Harassment

 

Tortious interference with business

 

Intentional causing of emotional distress

 

The Company, along with a key executive, intends to seek permanent injunctions and protective orders, including but not limited to restraining orders and no-contact orders.
