Related Parties	Related Parties Chris Christensen, the brother of CEO, McCord Christensen, acts as the Company’s agent at Moreton Insurance (“Moreton”), which acts as a broker for a number of the Company’s insurance policies. The Company’s premium expense, which is generally paid directly to the relevant insurance company, amounted to $6.9 million for policies that cover the three and six months ended June 30, 2022. Mr. Chris Christensen earns various forms of compensation based on the specifics of each policy. Katie Turner, the spouse of CEO, McCord Christensen, is the owner of Acadia Investor Relations LLC, (“Acadia”) which acts as the Company’s investor relations consultant. Acadia was paid $0.06 million and $0.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2021, respectively.
