Exchanges

During the six months ended June 30, 2022 holders of Class B common stock and LLC Interests exercised exchange rights and exchanged 20 thousand Class B common shares and corresponding LLC Interests for newly issued Class A common stock. The LLC Agreement generally allows for exchanges on the last day of each calendar month.
