Note 17 – Employee Benefit Plans

The Company sponsors 401(k) defined contribution plans at certain subsidiaries. Participants may elect to defer up to 100% of compensation. The Company makes matching contributions of 100% of the employee deferrals up to 3% of compensation. The Company may also make discretionary profit sharing contributions each year, which are allocated to each eligible participant based on compensation. The Company made matching contributions of $0.6 million and $0.3 million, respectively, for the years ended December 31, 2019 and 2018. No benefit plans were in place for the years ended December 31, 2017.
