SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 15: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Through the issuance date, the Company has issued 481,172 shares of common stock pursuant to an At-The-Market Offering Agreement for an at-the-market offering (the “ATM Agreement”) with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, as sales agent (“Wainwright”). Through the issuance date, the Company converted shares of Series C Preferred Stock into 50,043 shares of common stock.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
