On April 19, 2017 the Board of Directors of WCF Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of May 5, 2017 and is expected to be paid on or about May 22, 2017.
