Pursuant to such capital call notice, Amwal Investments LLC ("Amwal") was obligated to make a capital contribution of $12,502,073.98 on September 13, 2024, and the Issuer issued 497,298.09 Common Stock to Amwal on such date. These shares are held directly by Amwal, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Council Company P.J.S.C. ("ADIC"). Because of the relationship among Amwal and ADIC (collectively, the "Reporting Persons"), each of the Reporting Persons may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of these shares held directly by Amwal.
