Subsequent Events	19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company's collective bargaining agreement in Harvey, Illinois expired in April 2020. On July 14, 2020, the Company and the United Steelworkers Union reached agreement on the terms of a new collective bargaining agreement which expires in April 2024.
