In response to investor inquiry, on November 10, 2025 Blackline, Inc. disclosed that it has maintained an independent strategic committee of the board of directors (the “Strategic Committee”) for more than a year. Current members of the Strategic Committee are David Henshall, who is serving as Chairperson, Greg Hughes, and Tom Unterman.
