Mineral Property	*Kibby Flats* In May 2015, the Company acquired ten (10) unpatented mining claims commonly referred to as Kibby Flats located in Esmerelda County, Nevada for 400,000 shares of restricted and unregistered shares of common stock with an estimated value of $80,000. *QR Claims* In November 2015, the Company acquired fifty (50) unpatented mining claims commonly referred to as the “QR Claims 1-50” located in Humboldt County, Nevada for 4,800,000 shares of restricted and unregistered shares of common stock with an estimated value of $617,143.
