1. The securities reported herein are held in multiple accounts. GT Investment Partners, LP is filing on behalf of itself, Jeffrey Willardson, Scott Warner, and Mark Fox. GT Investment Partners, LP may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities by virtue of its role as the investment manager of such accounts. Jeffrey Willardson, Scott Warner, and Mark Fox may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of such securities by virtue of their role as Manager of GT Partners GP, LLC, GT's general partner.
