Recent Accounting Pronouncements	Recent Accounting Pronouncements In May 2014, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issued a new accounting standard update on revenue recognition from contracts with customers (Topic 606). The new guidance replaces all current GAAP guidance on this topic and requires entities to recognize revenue when control of the promised goods or services is transferred to customers at an amount that reflects the consideration to which the entity expects to be entitled to in exchange for those goods or services. The Company adopted the new accounting standard on October 1, 2018. The Company evaluated the adoption of Topic 606 and has determined that it will not have a material impact on the Company’s financial statements as of September 30, 2019 Other than as noted above the Company has not implemented any pronouncements that had material impact on the financial statements, and the Company does not believe that there are any other new accounting pronouncements that have been issued that might have a material impact on its financial position or results of operations.
