Subsequent Events, Disclosure	NOTE 8 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 5, 2019, the Company filed a Form 8-K after entering into a Note Purchase Agreement with investors Lin Su Hu. Pursuant to this agreement, the Company issued a promissory note to Lin Su Hu for $50,000, at 10% interest per annum, with a maturity date of February 1, 2020.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
