CAPITAL STOCK DISCLOSURE	NOTE 4 - CAPITAL STOCK The Company is authorized to issue an aggregate of 75,000,000 common shares with a par value of $0.001 per share. No preferred shares have been authorized or issued. At both September 30, 2018 and 2017, 12,000,000 common shares were issued and outstanding. On June 30, 2017, the former shareholder released the debt owed to him in the amount of $22,840, per the June 28, 2017 Assignment of Rights and Assumption of Liabilities Agreement. This amount is represented in the financial statements as Contributed Capital. At September 30, 2018, there are no warrants or options outstanding to acquire any additional shares of common stock of the Company.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
