Related Party Transactions	NOTE 5 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS At December 31, 2016 and September 30, 2016, the President has loaned the Company $45 and $45, respectively. The loans are payable on demand and carry no interest. The Company does not own or rent property or office space. The office space is provided by an officer at no charge.
