During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021, the Company had no material related party transactions.

Accounts Payable – Related Party

Accounts payable – related party consisted of a liability of $0 and $2,628, as of September 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, respectively, to Energy Science Laboratories, Inc. (“ESLI”), a company controlled by the Company’s Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”), in connection with consulting services provided to the Company associated with the development of the Company’s CFV thermal management solutions in prior periods.
