Subsequent events	Subsequent event On January 9, 2024, the Company implemented a plan to reduce operating costs and better align its workforce with the needs of its business. Under the cost reduction plan, the Company reduced its workforce by approximately 30%. The Company estimates that it will incur one-time restructuring charges of approximately $2.7 million including employee severance, benefits and related termination costs, the majority of which the Company expects to pay in the first quarter of 2024.
