Subsequent events	Subsequent eventsOn October 30, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the Company's decision to not advance CFT8634 beyond the Phase 1 dose escalation portion of the Phase 1/2 clinical trial. Costs associated with the decision to suspend the program are not expected to be material
