During 2016, LRAI issued $25.0 million in aggregate principal amount of Second Lien Notes and the Company issued Warrants to purchase 500,000 shares of its Class A voting common stock to Juneau. In December 2016, LRAI repaid to Juneau $21.0 million principal of the Second Lien Notes.
