Acquisitions and Divestitures	3. Acquisitions and Divestitures From January to March 2017 the Company paid approximately $1,397,000 to acquire a total of 1,067 net acres in the Eagle Ford Shale play. The amount paid included $400,000 for leases consummated in 2016 for 332 net acres in Gonzales County. During 2017, the Company entered into new primary term leases, including: i) paying approximately $700,000 to acquire approximately 526 net acres in Gonzales County, TX surrounding Company developed areas and new undeveloped areas classified by the Company as Cyclone; and ii) paying approximately $297,000 to acquire approximately 267 net acres in La Salle County, TX for new well development offsetting our Horned Frog property.
