SUBSEQUENT EVENTS.
SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events that occurred after September 30, 2024 through November 14, 2024. On November 1, 2024, the Company launched offering under Regulation A for the sale of up to 19,200,000 shares of Common Stock. 20% of those shares are being sold on behalf of selling stockholders. The total potential gross proceeds to the Company from this offering is $16,000,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
