Stock-based Compensation	Stock-Based Compensation Stock compensation arrangements with non-employee service providers are accounted for in accordance ASC 505-50 Equity-Based Payments to Non-Employees, using a fair value approach. For the years ended September 30, 2017 and 2016 the Company recorded $0 and $3,475 in stock-based compensation, respectively.

Disclosure of accounting policy for salaries, bonuses, incentive awards, postretirement and postemployment benefits granted to employees, including equity-based arrangements; discloses methodologies for measurement, and the bases for recognizing related assets and liabilities and recognizing and reporting compensation expense.
