Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hancock Park Corporate Income, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), declared a distribution of $0.0846 per common share, payable on November 6, 2023 to stockholders of record on October 27, 2023. The distribution represents an 8.4% annualized distribution yield based on the Company’s common stock offering price as of October 30, 2023.
