(b) On September 26, 2018, as part of a planned transition of human resources responsibilities, the Board of Directors of Versum Materials, Inc. changed Michael W. Valente's title to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective as of October 8, 2018.

On September 26, 2018, the Company appointed Meili Chen as Vice President, Human Resources, effective as of October 8, 2018.
