Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

 

Melbourne, Australia, 29 June 2018: Australian biopharmaceutical company Immuron Limited (ASX: IMC) (NASDAQ: IMRN) (the “Company”), wishes to advise that Mr. Peter Vaughan has accepted a new executive appointment and as a result he has stepped down as Joint Company Secretary effective 1 July. The company wishes to thank Mr. Vaughan for his services and wishes him well in his new role and future.

 

Mr. Phillip Hains will continue to act as Company Secretary of the Company.
