EXPLANATORY NOTE 

Immuron Limited (the “Company”) published an announcement (the “Public Notice”) to the Australian Securities Exchange on August 25, 2017 announcing A Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Immuron Director, Mr Peter Anastasiou who purchased NASDAQ ADRs and Warrants shares on-market. A copy the Public Notice is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
