IMMURON LIMITED

On July 13, 2017 Immuron Limited (the “Company”) published on the Australian Securities Exchange a press release (the “Press Release”) pertaining to explaining the interim analysis results of its IMM-124E NASH Phase II clinical trial in further detail.

A copy of the Press Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
