Related-Party Transactions With Danaher	NOTE 20. RELATED-PARTY TRANSACTIONS WITH DANAHER In connection with the separation from Danaher in 2016, we entered into certain agreements with Danaher, which governed the separation and provided a framework for the relationship between the parties going forward. Refer to Note 14 for additional discussion of the tax matters agreement. We continue to enter into arms-length revenue arrangements in the ordinary course of business with Danaher and its affiliates and these transactions are considered related party transactions. We recorded sales of approximately $13 million, $13 million, and $12 million to Danaher and its subsidiaries during the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020, and 2019, respectively. Purchases from Danaher and its subsidiaries were approximately $14 million, $12 million, and $13 million during the years ended December 31, 2021, 2020, and 2019, respectively.
