Schedule of Dividends Declared
We declared and paid cash dividends per common share for both the three and nine month periods ended September 25, 2020 as presented below. We declared and paid the MCPS dividends in the first and second quarter of 2019, and declared and accrued the MCPS dividends in the third quarter of 2019.
