Restrictions on Cash

To comply with banking regulations, the Bank is required to maintain certain average cash reserve balances. At

December 31, 2019,

the required reserve was met by the Bank’s vault cash and

no

daily average cash reserve requirement was required. The daily average cash reserve requirement as of

December 31, 2018

was approximately

$6.3

million.
