Item 6.04 Failure to Make a Required Distribution.
The Certificate Administrator made distributions to the Certificateholders on the November 18, 2020 Distribution Date where (i) Class A-3 was paid $0.00 and Class A-SB was paid $941,181.98 in principal and (ii) Class G was paid $171,235.58 in interest. The Certificate Administrator was notified on December 8, 2020 of a revision to the November distribution and on December 9, 2020 subsequently paid (i) additional principal to Class A-3 in the amount of $5,190,435.63 and to Class A-SB in the amount of $19,814.51 and (ii) additional interest to Class G in the amount of $14,000.00.
