On July 17, 2019, the Company made a presentation to potential investors.  The presentation was made by Larry Biggs, chief executive officer.  As part of the presentation, Mr. Biggs provided a power point presentation (Exhibit 99.1) and a fact sheet (Exhibit 99.2) about the Company and its product.
