Benefit Plan	Benefit Plan We sponsor a 401(k) defined contribution plan covering eligible employees who elect to participate. We are allowed to make discretionary profit sharing and matching contributions as defined in the plan and as approved by our board of directors. No discretionary profit-sharing contributions were made for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025 and 2024. We made $0.2 million and $0.6 million matching contributions for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025, respectively, and $0.3 million and $1.0 million for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, respectively. We have no intention to terminate the plan.
