Benefit Plan	Benefit Plan We sponsor a 401(k) defined contribution plan covering eligible employees who elect to participate. We are allowed to make discretionary profit sharing and matching contributions as defined in the plan and as approved by our board of directors. No discretionary profit-sharing contributions were made for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023. We made $1.1 million and $1.5 million in matching contributions for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. We have no intention to terminate the plan.
