NOTE 21 SEGMENT INFORMATION

 

As described in Note 2, the Company closed on the acquisition of CCM on July 9, 2021. With the acquisition of CCM, the Company has two reportable business segments, Growth and Digital. The Growth segment encompasses the activities of CEN Biotech, Inc. and focuses on the planned manufacturing, production and development of LED lighting technology and hemp-based products. The Digital segment encompasses the activities of Clear Com Media, Inc. and focuses on providing digital marketing and web design related services. Substantially all of the Company’s operations are conducted within the United States of America and Canada.
