Loan Payable , Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 11 – CEBA LOAN PAYABLE The Canada Emergency Business Account (“CEBA”) loan payable of $31,396 (CAD 40,000) as of September 30, 2021 to Royal Bank of Canada is unsecured, non-interest bearing until December 2022 and interest bearing at 5% thereafter. The loan principal is due in full at the maturity date of December 2025.
