ADVANCES TO CEN BIOTECH UKRAINE

At

September 30, 2018

and

December 31, 2017,

the Company had advances of

$875,328

and

$775,328

respectively, to CEN Biotech Ukraine, a related party, (see Note

13

). The advances are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and are due on demand.
