– ADVANCES TO CEN BIOTECH UKRAINE

During

2017

and

2016,

the Company made advances of 

$350,000

and

$425,328,

respectively, to CEN Biotech Ukraine, a related party, (see Note

15

). The advances are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and are due on demand.
