[1] (1) As of July 31, 2022 and January 31, 2022, the condensed consolidated balance sheet includes assets of the consolidated variable interest entity, GitLab Information Technology (Hubei) Co., LTD (“JiHu”), of $60.9 million and $17.7 million, respectively, and liabilities of $3.6 million and $3.7 million, respectively.
