On August 5, 2020, Simon Lee, the chief analytics officer of Waitr Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), was terminated as an at-will employee. Mr. Lee was not an executive officer of the Company, but was a “named executive officer” in the Company’s most recent annual meeting proxy statement as a result of his compensation in fiscal 2019.
